Definition: An ontology for representing Sadistic Online Exploitation (SOE) networks and SOE-specific ritualized/coordinated coercion event patterns, aligned to DHS/Know2Protect definitional framing. This module is intentionally narrow and is designed to reuse extremist-enterprises concepts (e.g., cross-platform coordination, platform migration, self-harm coercion) when an extremist-enterprise modeling frame is evidenced.
